a bunch of half blue-half cream colored mini vans that drive in a very specific loop and pick people up off the street for 1.85 TL, typically making change for riders while shifting gears.
not sure i understand it either…

it is very uncomfortable to go to a turkish hospital, get picked to be a patient for a real leg wound examination
and to instead get an eye test (with one’s contact lenses in).
